General Information
THE FACILITY
The City Club has A 265 square foot lobby perfect for a small buffet and/or grand entrance leads to a 2,100 square foot open-flow space with a large full-service bar. The main dining areas will accommodate 150 for a seated event. A small raised stage and DJ booth are also available. The City Club is a smoke-free facility.
The City Club has been carefully restored as a tasteful, flexible space for private events. A covered, intimately lit entryway greets your guests as they enter The City Club through leaded glass doors, and an antique copper-top bar with charming awnings completes the rich ambiance of the facility.
REQUIREMENTS • RULES • REGULATIONS
Minimum age requirement for renting The City Club is twenty-one (21) years of age. Rental fees are subject to change. A non-refundable deposit must be paid to The City Club and a contract signed to reserve a rental date. The deposit will be applied toward the total rental fee; the balance of the rental fee is due 60 days prior to the event; failure to pay within 60 days will result in a loss of all funds paid to date. Hours of rental include the time it takes the lessee and/or any individual contracted by the lessee to set up and take down event. Lessee is responsible for ensuring under-age guests consume no alcohol during the event.
AMENITIES AND SERVICES
Bar
Full bar service will be provided by The City Club, and either an open bar or a cash bar is available. BYOB is strictly prohibited.
Table/Chairs
Ten 60” round tables, ten 6-top tables, three 4-top tables, ten 30-inch round café-height tables, 150 black folding chairs, and four 6’ banquet tables are included in the rental fee.
Kitchen Facilities
The City Club has a large kitchen space, but is not currently equipped as a cooking kitchen. Kitchen amenities include an 800#-bin ice machine, refrigerator, microwave, sinks, a waitress area, and plenty of counter/food prep space.
Restrooms
Men’s and Ladies’ restroom facilities are located on the same floor as The City Club.
Parking Area
Plenty of convenient parking is available on Broad Street.
